A Quilt for Christmas<\/em> was everything I expected and more. I often say Christmas would not be complete without the latest Melody Carlson novella and this year’s story was such a touching one.<\/p>\n I loved how a little girl\u2019s wistful request brought together a group of total strangers to provide a special gift of joy to an ailing young woman and the rest of her family. Although the women in the group were about as different as they could be \u2013 young and old, lonely, bossy, grouchy, experienced and inexperienced \u2013 it was wonderful to observe as their lives became knit together into a family of sorts.<\/p>\n Another heartwarming novel, A Quilt for Christmas is sure to become a holiday favorite.<\/p>\n I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book provided by Revell, a division of Baker Publishing Group.
